Booking your session is quick and easy — and every treatment is tailored just for you. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, injury recovery, or a full-body renewal, I’m here to help guide you back to balance.

I offer flexible booking options to suit your schedule and needs. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, please don’t hesitate to get in touch first — I’m happy to recommend something based on how you’re feeling.

All sessions can include hand-blended essential oils made in-house, enhancing both the therapeutic effect and emotional benefits of each treatment.

Step 2

Select a Time That Works for You

Appointments are available
Monday closed
Tuesday 10am-5pm
Wednesday 10am-6pm
Thursday 10am-5pm
Friday 10am - 5pm
Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm

Step 3

Secure with a Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

You’re All Set!

You'll receive confirmation and any prep info before your session.

Important Booking Info

Running Late?

Please let me know. I allow up to 10 minutes leeway. After that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled.

Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

I ask for 48 hours’ notice. Your deposit will carry over once. Miss a second appointment, and it will be forfeited.

Treatment Boundaries

You'll be advised on modesty levels in each treatment — however, nudity is not permitted. Disrespectful behaviour ends the session immediately, with no refund or future bookings allowed.
